1. Where do you get your clothes from?
All our clothes come from suppliers in Los Angeles, USA.
2. How often do you get new stock?
We aim to get new stock every 2-3 weeks.
3. Do you have a shop?
We do not have a shop but we do have a showroom based in Umhlanga. We are only open on Tuesdays & Fridays from 9-12 pm. You are able to pop in to collect your online order or stay and shop with us. Please email us for the details.
4. Is it possible to try on clothes before buying?
Yes, if you are based in Durban, we have a showroom in Umhlanga where you are able to try on clothes and purchase directly from there.
5. What days and times is the showroom open?
We are open on Tuesdays & Friday from 9-12 pm. Please email us at email@example.com to get the necessary access details.
6. How long does delivery take?
We have quite a speedy process for packing & sending out orders but we ask that you please allow 5 working days for your parcel to be delivered. Once the order is processed on our side, we will send an email with the courier details so that you are able to check on your delivery.
7. Can I return sale items?
Sale items cannot be returned, these are final sales so please ensure that you are happy with the item & size before purchasing.
8. My size is no longer available in the style that I want to purchase, will you be getting more stock?
Our website will only show sizes that are currently available. We don’t always restock styles as we try to limit the number of items in order to keep our brand unique.
9. I’ve changed my mind. Can I amend or cancel my order?
Once your payment is processed, the stock is removed from our site. Unfortunately, as we get limited stock of each style so we may not be able to amend your order for another size. We can, however, issue a store credit where you are able to purchase something else. Please take your time when completing your order to ensure everything is correct.
10. Can I save my cart and come back to it later?
Unfortunately, this isn’t possible as styles can sell out quickly. If you leave your shopping cart open or minimised and return later, the style may longer be available when you return.
