We stand behind our items and want you to be satisfied with them! We always do our best to take care of our customers – dealing with all situations responsibly and fairly. If you received a defected or damaged item please email us and we will rectify this right away! Please note that we do not do returns for sales items. All sales items are final purchases.
We only offer store credit for returns. We do NOT issue refunds to original methods of payment. We hope this will encourage you to take your time in selecting your purchases and feel free to reach out to us with any questions or sizing or styling at firstname.lastname@example.org. Store credit never expires. We get new styles weekly and hope we can assist you in finding something new if your purchase doesn’t work out. Please note that we do not do returns for sales items. All sales items are final purchases.
How do I initiate my return?
Please complete our returns form below for us to arrange collection. The amount for your store credit is only for the items you purchased. The return shipping will be deducted from the total store credit. All returns are sent to our offices at 60 Marine Drive, Umhlanga Rocks, KZN, 4319.
- The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unused, in original condition and in its original packaging with swing tags attached.
How will I receive my store credit?
Expect an emailed E-giftcard within 3 business days of the delivery of your return at our offices. Store credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts at the time of purchase.
